Producer Profile

Since 1933, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar has told the story of men and women devoted to the crafting of quality wines: the finest, sincerest expression of a region home to more than 700 hectares of vineyards

Viticulture

Harvest took place at the end of September and was done exclusively by hand. Vinification: de-stemmed and gentle membrane pressed. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16C. Maturation in stainless steel. Stabilization: protein and tartrate.

Oak Treatment

No oak

Tasting Note

Straw yellow with green tints. This is fine perfumed wine with delicate notes of white peach, gently floral. Medium-bodied, harmonious, crisp and fresh combined with a hint of bitter almonds on the finish, typical of Garganega.

Food Matching

It goes well with appetizers, pasta with vegetables and fish. Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
