Producer Profile
From the sub regions Cima Corgo, more exactly from Quinta da Vista Alegre, these vineyards are planted in new terraces with different exposures (mainly North / East) and different altitudes. Careful selection of the grapes; total de stemming following mild pressing of the grapes. Decantation following wine fermentation for almost a month with moderate temperature control (12 – 14 ºC), in stainless steel vats. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for a period of 4 months in inox. Bottled young to retain the aromatic richness.
Additional Information
Produced from a blend of Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca, the wine is enhanced by the elegant aromas of red fruits. A soft and fresh palate of raspberries and currants follows. Serve between 8c and 10c. Excellent as an aperitif, it is also a perfect match for a quick meal, salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risotto, white meat, pizza as well as oriental dishes. It can be consumed immediately or in the next 2-3 years. The wine should be
stored in a cool place (12 to 14ºC), dry, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Being a natural product, the wine can create deposit with
age.
